Q. Do I (we) have to make reservation?
A. We highly recommend that you make a reservation, so we are going to prepare and lay a table for you, especially for large groups. When we receive your booking via email, SMS, phone or our facebook fanpage, whatsapp, we will reply to confirm your booking in around an hour. You also can walk in to talk to our staffs.
Q. I am a Vegetarian, have you got any dish for Vegetarian?
A. We have dishes for Vegetarian, please see them at the "menu". You can even "tailor - made" your own vegetarian one.
Q. I have allergy with some kind of spices and foods, who can I talk to and will they understand me?
A. Our staffs speak English and Vietnamese, we appreciate that you tell us BEFORE taking your order. Occasionally, we may welcome new staffs, if it happens, please talk to our restaurant Owner, Mr. Hung Pham or our Manager, Mr. Hoang.
Q. Do you serve wine by glass?
A. Yes, we only do with some kinds of wine, please talk to our staffs when you are at our restaurant.

A. Our menu designed for almost everyone, including friendly with Children, so please take a look at the "menu", or please contact us.

A. Yes, we do, you can pay by: Credit card, Visa card, Master card, American Express...
Q. Is food in Hue quite spicy?
A. Yes. Hue people love to eat our spicy foods. However, we cook our food at Elegant Restaurant aim to serve YOU and majority number of customers who may come from different corners of the World. If you have any special requirements, please let us know. Example; whether you would like to eat spicy foods or not.
Q. Do We need to Tip at your Restaurant?
A. Tipping is not compulsory, and especially for you too. However, it also consider be a customary, and it is only the recognition of an excellent service, if you want to do so, 10% - 15% of your bill is recommended.
